Spaghetti Squash

Have you heard of spaghetti squash?

For those who are not familiar, spaghetti squash is a winter produce item. Full of folic acid and vitamin A, this squash is an amazing item to add to your grocery cart. Flavor is light and buttery, making it delicious with gentle ingredients like herbs and chicken breast. It can also be processed in your blender to make a thick soup. Finally, replace your pasta with this squash by roasting in the oven for about 50 minutes at 375 F and gently scraping it with a fork!

Usually, I prepare it with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper,and parsley with a side of roasted chicken breast and a squeeze of lemon.
